Kolač od banana i svježih borovnica // Banana and blueberry cake

Mufini od banana i svjezih brusnica su mi se toliko svidjeli da sam ovaj put od iste smjese napravila kolac i umjesto svjezih brusnica stavila svjeze borovnice.  Sa kolacom u duetu je dosao i sos od jabuka koji se odlicno slozio!

Sastojci:
2 solje ovasnog brasna
1,5 zlicica sode bikarbone
2 zlicice praska za pecivo
1 zlicica cimeta
malo svjeze naribanog djumbira
4 zrele banane
3 zlice meda ili javorovog sirupa
1/2 solje maslinovog ulja (ili nekog drugog)
2 solje svjezih borovnica



Priprema:
1. Zagrijati pecnicu na 350 F (180 C).
2. U zdjeli prosijati brasno, sodu, prasak za pecivo i cimet.
3. U drugoj zdjeli mikserom zgnjeciti banane, dodati djumbir, ulje, med i borovnice . Potom ubaciti suhe sastojke i mjesati kutlacom tek toliko da se svi sastojci dobro sjedine.
4. Smjesu rasporediti po plehu oblozenom pek papirom i peci jedno 40-ak minuta (mozda i manje ako vam je jaka pecnica).

Banana and fresh blueberries cake
Ingredients:
2 cups oat flour
1,5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp fresh ginger
4 medium ripe bananas
3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 cup oil
2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen)



Preparation:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F (180 C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk to combine and make light.
3. Mash bananas until soft and fairly smooth. Add oil, honey, ginger and cranberries and continued to mix until smooth.
4. Then add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Place the mixture on the baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes (or less if you have a strong oven), until firm to the touch and golden brown.

Sos od jabuka // Applesauce

Sastojci:
6-7 jabuka
pola cimetovog stapica
Cijedjeni sok od jednog limuna
2 zlice meda
1 solja vode

Priprema:
1. Jabuke oprati, oguliti i narezati na kriske te staviti u zdjelu na tihu vatru. 
2. Uliti solju vode, staviti med i cimetov stapic i kuhati dok jabuke ne omeksaju (jedno 10-ak minuta).
3. Izgnjeciti stapnim mikserom ili jednostavno gnjecilicom za krumpir.
4. Spremiti u cistu teglicu i cuvati u frizideru.



Kolac sa ovim sosom slijedi uskoro!

Ingredients:
6-7 apples
Juice of one lemon
Half of cinnamon stick
2 tbsp honey
1 cup water  

Preparation:
1. Wash and peel the apples. Cut them in slices and put in a large pot.Add water and the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil (about 10 minutes or when apples turn soft).
2. Mash with potato masher. 
3. Put in a jar and keep refrigerated.

Mafini od banana i svježih brusnica // Muffins with bananas and fresh cranberries

Ovo je moja cetvrta i poslednja ulaznica za ovomjesecnu igru Ajme, koliko nas je. Tanja sa bloga Tanja's Cooking Corner je  za ovomjesecnu namirnicu zadala banane. Ajme, koliko nas je---je mjesecna igrica za food-blogere iz bivse Yu. Moja prva ulaznica je bila sirovi banana tart, druga ovasni kolacici, a treca sirovi banana-avokado tart.


Sastojci:
2 solje brasna
1,5 zlicica sode bikarbone
2 zlicice praska za pecivo
prstohvat soli
1 zlicica cimeta
malo svjeze naribanog djumbira
4 zrele banane
3 zlice meda ili javorovog sirupa
1/2 solje maslinovog ulja (ili nekog drugog)
2 solje svjezih brusnica


Priprema:
1. Zagrijati pecnicu na 350 F (180 C).
2. U zdjeli prosijati brasno, sodu, prasak za pecivo i cimet te dodati sol.
3. U drugoj zdjeli mikserom zgnjeciti banane, dodati djumbir, ulje, med i brusnice. Potom ubaciti suhe sastojke i mjesati kutlacom tek toliko da se svi sastojci dobro sjedine.
4. Smjesu stavljati u kalupe za mafine i peci jedno 30-ak minuta.

Banana and fresh cranberries muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1,5 tsp baking soda

Dinstane brokule sa acorn tikvom i špinatom

(desplácese hacia abajo para españoles)

 Evo jedan recept od pred neki dan koji su radili klinci u bolnici. 
Vrlo je bio popularan u cekaonicama! =)

Sastojci:
1 vrecica spinata
1 1/2 glavica brokula
1/2 acorn tikvice
2 crvena luka
3 zlice maslinovog ulja
2 cena cesnjala
3 zlice limunovog soka
Morska sol i papar  

Priprema:
1. Zagrijati maslinovo ulje u tavi, pa ubaciti nasjeckani lukac i dinstati ga par minuta. Potom dodati tikvicu (nasjeckanu na kocke). Dinstati tikvicu jedno 10-ak minuta da omeksa pa ubaciti brokule i limunov sok.
2. Zaciniti sve po volji te na kraju ubaciti spinat i sitno sjeckani cesnjak. 
3. Servirati toplo.

Broccoli and squash winter salad
Ingredients:
1 bag of spinach
1 1/2 broccoli head
1/2 squash, cut into cubes
2 red onions, halved and cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic
3 tbsp of lemon juice
sea salt and pepper to season

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan and add olive oil. Sauté red onions on a medium heat then add squash. Sauté squash for about 10 minutes before you add broccoli and lemon juice.
2. Season it to taste and mix in spinach and garlic. 

3. Serve warm.

Ensalada de invierno con broccoli y calabasa
Ingredientes:
Bolsa de espinaca
1 ½  Broccoli 

½  Calavaza cortada en cuadros pequenos
Cebollas rojas cortadas en media luna  

2 ajo 
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva 
3 cucharadas de jugo de limon
Sal y pimiento para sasonar


Preparacion:
1. Ponga el sarten a calendar con un poco de aceite de oliva sofria la cebolla a una temperature no muy alta luego anade la calavaza 10 minutos antes que el broccoli.
2. Sasoleno a su gusto luego dejarlo descansar por 5 minutos antes de anadir el ajo y la espinac.

3. Servir caliente.

Sirovi banana-avokado tart // Raw banana-avocado tart

Evo treca ulaznica za ovomjesecnu igru Ajme, koliko nas je. Tanja sa bloga Tanja's Cooking Corner je  za ovomjesecnu namirnicu zadala banane. Ajme, koliko nas je---je mjesecna igrica za food-blogere iz bivse Yu. Moja prva ulaznica je bila sirovi banana tart, a druga ovasni kolacici.


Sastojci za "koru":
1 solja badema
1 solja suhih brusnica
2-3 zlice caja od mente

Sastojci za kremu:
1 vrlo zreli avokado (ja sam stavila 2 jer su bili omanji i pazite da nije gnjil ili crn jer vam krema nece onda biti zelena)
2 vrlo zrele banane (sto vise tockica to bolje)
po zelji zlica meda

Priprema:
1. U procesoru samljeti posebno bademe, a posebno brusnice. Pomijesati oba sastojka i dodati zlicu po zlicu caja (moze i vode).
2. Obloziti kalup za tart pek papirom (ja sam stavila u male zdjelice da dobije oblik soljice).
3. Smjesu malo sjediniti rukama, podijeliti na 4 manja tarta i staviti u frizider da se malo stisne.
4. U medjuvremenu u procesoru samljeti avokado i bananu da bude fina krema.
5. Puniti tart-kalupe sa kremom te ostaviti na pola sata u frizideru.

Ne preporucujem da tart stoji previse dugo u frizideru jer avokado vrlo brzo potamni.

Raw banana-avocado tart

Ingredients for "crust":
1 cup almonds
1 cup dry cranberries
2-3 tbsp tea or water

Ingredients for filling:
1 ripe avocado
2 very ripe bananas (the more darker spots the better)
1 tbsp honey (if desired)

Preparation:
1. In a food processor blend separately almonds and separately cranberries then mix together by adding tea or water spoon at the time.
2. Put baking sheet over small bowls (to get bowl-style shape) and spread the crust evenly (enough for 4 small tarts)
3. Put in a fridge for half an hour.
4. In the meantime make the filling by putting avocado and bananas in a food processor and blending until creamy and fluffy.
5. Put filling in a crust and put everything back in a fridge for another half an hour.
6. Don't let tart sit in a fridge for too long because avocado might turn dark very fast.

Ovasni kolačići sa bananom // Oat meal cookies with banana

(for English translation scroll down)

Tanja sa bloga Tanja's Cooking Corner je  za ovomjesecnu namirnicu zadala banane.  
Ajme koliko nas je--je mjesecna igrica za food-blogere iz bivse Yu i ovo je moja druga ulaznica za ovaj mjesec. (Prva ulaznica je bila sirovi banana tart). Moje omiljene ovasne kolacice sam vec objavljivala u par navrata (ovdje & ovdje), ali od viska glava ne boli.=)))

Sastojci:
1 1/2 solja ovasnog brasna
2 vrlo zrele banane (sto vise tamnih tockica to zrelija i sladja banana)
2/3 solje smedjeg secera
2 1/2 solje ovasnih pahuljica
1 zlicica cimeta
1 zlicica mljevenih klincica (prvi put sam ih stavila u ove kolacice i bas im daju poseban smek)
1 zlicica sode bikarbone
zamjena za jaja: pomijesati 2 zlice mljevenih lanenih sjemenki + 2 zlice vode
saka suhih brusnica (ili grozdjica)
saka orasa (badema ili ljesnjaka)



Priprema:
1. Mikserom umutiti secer i 2 banane.
2. Dodati zamjenu za jaja, cimet, klincice, orase i brusnice te sve dobro izmiksati.
3. Ubaciti prosijano brasno sa sodom i na kraju pomijesati ovasne pahuljice.
4. Rernu zagrijati na 350 F (180 C), smjesu stavljati zlicom za sladoled na pleh oblozen pek papirom te peci jedno 20-30 minuta (zavisno od pecnice).

Oat meal cookies with banana

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 very ripe bananas
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking soda
instead of eggs: 2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 2 tbsp water
handful dry cranberries
handful any nuts

Preparation:
1. Beat sugar and 2 bananas until fluffy and creamy (couple of minutes).
2. Add mixture of flax seeds and water, spices, cranberries and nuts and beat everything until combined.
3. Add flour beat well and lastly add oats.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C). Roll the mixture into balls and press with hands (or use ice-cream spoon to form balls). Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for about 20-30 minutes.

Suhi keksići (ovomjesečni MEZZE recept) // Holiday cookies

(for English translation scroll down)


Ovomjesecni MEZZE (online gastro magazin) je imao par super recepata koji su mi se svidjeli na prvi pogled. U magazinu originalne keksice pod nazivom Speculaas mozete naci na stranicama 102-103, a jež-keks na stranicama 110-111. Mada ja sam jezeve radila sa prvom smjesom. Sa jezevima sam se odusevila, ali kako nisam ljubitelj cokoladnih mrvica ja sam ih zamjenila mljevenim bademima.



Sastojci:
360 g brasna (3 cups)
2 zlicice cimeta
1/2 zlicice muskatnog orascica
1 zlicica djumbira u prahu
1/2 zlicice mljevenog klincica
1/2 zlicice sode bikarbone
170 g putra (izvaditi ga ranije iz frizidera) (12 tbsp)
110 g smedjeg secera (1/2 cup)
80 ml sojinog mlijeka


Priprema:
1. Prosijati brasno pa dodati sodu i zacine.
2. Putar sobne temperature umutiti sa postepenim dodavanjem secera. Potom dodati 1/3 mjesavine brasna sa zacinima i mlijeko. Sve sastojke dobro sjediniti pa dodati ostatak brasna i zamjesiti tijesto.
3. Tijesto zamotati u foliju i staviti u frizider na minimum 2h da se stisne (moze i preko noci).
4. Tijesto izvaditi iz frizidera i pustiti da malo odstoji na sobnoj temperaturi te ga podijeliti na 2 dijela.
5. Zagrijati pecnicu na 180 C (350 F).
6. Tijesto razvaljati valjkom na pobrasnjenoj povrsini. Vaditi modlicama razne oblike i redati ih na pleh oblozen pek papirom. Ostata tijesta skupiti, ponovo zamjesiti i ponoviti postupak dok ne ponestane tijesta.
7. Keksice peci jedno 10-15 minuta dok ne dobiju finu smedjkastu boju (moji su odmah bili smedjakasti zbog smedjeg secera).
8. Od drugog dijela tijesta raditi oblike "jezha".. kad se ispeku, umociti 2/3 u topljenu cokoladu pa onda u mljevene orase, bademe ili mak.
9. Keksice mociti u otopljenu cooladu i ukrasiti po zelji (posuti mljevenim orasima, pistacima ili suhim brusnicama).

Holiday Cookies
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dry ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
 1/2 tsp baking soda
170 g butter (12 tbsp)
110 g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
80 ml soy milk


Preparation:
1. Sift flour, baking soda and spices.
2. Beat room temperature butter with sugar. Add 1/3 flour with spices and milk.
3. Mix all the ingredients well and add the rest of the flour. Form dough and chill in the fridge for about 2h or over night.
4. Take the dough out of the fridge and leave for an hour at room temperature. Divide it in 2 parts.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
6. Roll the dough on floured surface and sprinle the top of the dough with flour. Roll the dough and with cookie cutters cut out different shapes and transfer to nonstick cookie sheet.
7. Knead the scraps and roll  cut out more cookies dough until you run out of it.
8. Bake for about 10-15 minutes and decorate as you wish (dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, pistacios or dry cranberries).

Sirovi banana tart // Raw banana tart

(for English translation scroll down)

Tanja sa bloga Tanja's Cooking Corner je za ovomjesecnu namirnicu zadala banane!  
Ajme, koliko nas je---je mjesecna igrica za food-blogere sa podrucja bivse Yu. I ovo je moja prva ulaznica za ovomjesecnu igricu.

Sastojci za "koru":
1 solja badema
1 solja suhih brusnica
2 zlice meda
1-3 zlice caja (moze i voda)

Priprema "kore":
1. U procesoru posebno samljeti bademe, a posebno brusnice. Potom ih staviti zajedno, dodati med i par zlica caja pa sve dobro samljeti dok se ne dobije jedna kompaktna smjesa (ne smije biti previse rijetka zato stavljati zlicu po zlicu caja).
2. Smjesu rasporediti po kalupima za tart (obloziti ih pek papirom da se lakse vade) i staviti u frizider na par sati da se dobro stisne.


Sastojci za "filu":
2 solje indijskih orasa
2 vrlo zrele banane (sto vise onih tamnih tockica to bolje)
1 zlica meda (neobavezno--ako su banane zrele trebale bi biti dovoljno slatke)
3-4 zlice caja (ili vode)

Priprema "file":
1. Indijske orase potopiti u vodi na minimum 2h.
2. U procesoru samljeti indijske orase i dodati zlicu po zlicu caja da se dobije kašasta smjesa. Dodati jednu bananu i med i sve dobro sjediniti. Ostaviti u frizideru na pola sata.
3. Prije sluzenja izvaditi kore i filu iz frizidera. Kore izvaditi iz kalupa i prebaciti na tanjurice, a u filu isjeckati drugu bananu i pomijesati te sipati na koru. Po zelji posuti tamnom cokoladom i/ili kokosom.

 
Ovi sirovi tartovi su toliko ukusni, a toliko jednostavni i brzi za napraviti!!!

Raw banana tart

 Ingredients for "crust":
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of dry cranberries
2 tbps of honey
1-3 tbsp of tea or water

Crust preparation:
1. In food processor blend separately almonds and cranberries. Add them together with honey and tea and pulse until firm. 
2. Press into tart shells (put baking paper around the shells) and leave in the fridge for couple of hours. 


Ingredients for "filling":
2 cups of cashews 
2 very ripe bananas (the more dark spots on them the better)
1 tbsp of honey (optional--if bananas are ripe they should be sweet enough)
2-3 tbsp of tea or water

Filling preparation:
1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2h.
2. In the food processor, blend cashews and add tablespoon of tea at the time and pulse until light, fluffy and well processed. Add one banana and honey and pulse until everything is well combined. 
3. Put filling in the fridge for a half an hour.
4. Just before serving take the crust and the filling out of the fridge. Transfer the crust on the plates. Cut the second banana and mix it in the filling. Put filling on the crust and top with melted chocolate if desired.

Kuglice od 4 sastojka // Four-ingredient balls

Dobro, 4 sastojka su mozda previse, no dobra stvar je da moze i od tri sastojka..

Sastojci:
1 solja ljesnjaka
1 solja suhih brusnica
2 zlice meda (s obzirom da su brusnice slatke same po sebi med se moze i preskociti)
2 zlice caja (moze i voda)


Priprema:
1. U blenderu samljeti brusnice, staviti ih sa strane. Potom samljeti ljesnjake, dodati med i par zlica caja, pa dodati samljevene brusnice.
2. Oblikovati kuglice pa ih staviti u frizider da se malo stegnu.
3. Po zelji ih mozete preliti topljenom cokoladom i posuti mljevenim pistacijima.

Four-ingredient balls


Four ingredients might be too much but the good thing is that is can be done with only three ingredients!  
Ingredients:
1 cup of hazelnuts
1 cup of dry cranberries
2 tbsp of honey (honey can be avoided because dry cranberries are sweet enough)
2 tbsp of tea

Preparation:
1. In a food processor, blend cranberries and put them aside. Blend the hazelnuts into a fine meal, add honey and tea, add cranberries last.
2. Form small balls and put them in fridge for at least one hour.
3. If you prefer, you can roll the balls in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Čupavci, kolač djetinjstva // Coconut cake

Kolac moga djetinjstva i neizbjezan dio blagdanske trpeze.. nisam neki ljubitelj kokosa, ali cupavcima ne mogu reci ne..  =)

Sastojci: 
Za tijesto:
3 jaja
13 zlica ulja
16 zlica brašna
10 zlica secera
1 zlica praska za pecivo
100 ml sojinog mlijeka

Za preljev:
1 stapic putra
100 g cokolade za kuhanje
200 ml sojinog mlijeka
1/2 solje smedjeg secera

Ostalo:
300 g kokosa u prahu



Priprema tijesta:
1. Odvojiti bjeljanjke od zutanjaka. U posudi miksati bjeljanjke sa secerom da se dobije cvrsti snjeg. Potom dodati zutanjke, pa zlicu po zlicu dodavati ulje, 6 zlica brasna, prasak za pecivo.
2. Potom dodati mlijeko i preostalo brasno.
3. Uliti u pleh oblozen pek papirom.
4. Zagrijati pecnicu na 350 F (180 C) i peci jedno pola sata )probati cackalicom da li je gotovo)


Priprema preljeva za umakanje:
1. Otopiti putar i cokoladu pa potom dodati secer i mlijeko.
2. Kad preljev zakuha maknuti sa vatre.

Prohladjeno tijesto odrezati na kocke pa svaku umakati u preljev i uvaljati u kokos.

Coconut cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
13 tbspoons of oil
16 tbspoons of flour
10 tbspoons of brown sugar
1 tbspoon of baking powder
100 ml soy mil

Ingredients for dipping:
1 stick butter
100 g chocolate (good one!)
200 mlsoy milk
1/2 cup brown sugar

Additional:
300 g shredded coconut

Dough preparation:
1. Separate egg whites from egg yolks. In a bowl beat together egg whites and sugar until peaks are formed. Add yolks (one by one), and then spoon at the time: oil, 6 tbsp flour and baking powder.
2. Then add milk and the rest of the flour.
3. Pour into a baking pan (cover baking pan with baking paper).
4. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for about half an hour (try it with a tooth pick to see if it is ready).

Dip preparation:
1. Melt the butter and the chocolate then add sugar and milk.
2. When it boils remove from stove.

When the dough is ready let it cool for about 10 minutes. Cut it in squares then dip it in the chocolate and roll in the coconut.

Kuglice od žita // Sweet wheat balls

Evo jos jednog brzog i jednostavnog recepta.

Sastojci:
1 solja zita
1 solja ljesnjaka (moze i bilo koji drugi orasasti plod)
3 zlice meda
1-2 zlice vode
1 zlica kakao praha
7-8 suhih marelica



Priprema:
1. Potopiti zito 24h u vodi. Drugi dan isprati zito i ostaviti ga jos 12h bez vode (da izbiju klice).
2. Kad je zito spremno posebno ga samljeti u blenderu (ja sam ga samljela malo krupnije). Posebno samljeti ljesnjake, pa dodati kakao i med (ja sam stavila zlicu vode da se sve dobro poveze). Na kraju posebno samljeti marelice. Potom sve sastojke skupa staviti u blender i izmiksati tek toliko da se sve pomijesa. Ako vidite da je smjesa pregusta dodati jos zlicu vode.
3. Oblikovati kuglice rukom i po zelji ih preliti otopljenom cokoladom.
4. Ostaviti u frizideru bar sat vremena da se dobro stegnu.

Sweet wheat balls
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole grain wheat
1 cup of hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of honey
1-2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of coco powder
7-8 dried apricots

Preparation:
1. Soak wheat grains in the water for 24h. After that drain the water and leave the grains drying for about 12h to sprout).
2. Blend together grains, hazelnuts and dried apricots with coco powder, honey and water.
3. If you think it's too dry add a tablespoon of water.
4. Form little balls and leave in the fridge to chill for at least one hour.

Update o ovom i onom

Nisam u zadnje vrijeme imala nesto puno vrijeme za slikanje hrane, sve me nesto stigle obaveze.. pa na brzinu spremam hranu, na brzinu jedemo, ili na brzinu zgrabim nesto negdje usput, sve na brzinu.. trenutno sam u fazi zelja, svjezeg, kuhanog, dinstanog ne bitno, bitno da je zelje.. cak sam i klince sa kojima radim zarazila zeljem i porilukom, pa kad ih  pitam sta cemo danas kuhati, oni kazu "a mogli bi nesto sa zeljem" =))) sreca, sreca, radost! udje njima ponesto kroz te njihove plave sesirice! ;)

Recepti sa posla:

Dinstano zelje sa crvenom paprikom
 Glavicu zelja oprati i izrezati sto tanje moguce. Staviti na tiganj malo maslinovog ulja pa kad se zagrije dodati sitno nasjeckanog bijelog luka. Dinstati lukac par minuta pa dodati rezano zelje i opranu i narezanu papriku. Dinstati jedno 10-a minuta pa dodati zacine: morsku sol, malo papra i svjezeg djumbira, aleve paprike, oregana (moze i bosiljak) ili bilo koji zacin po zelji.

Salata od svjezeg zelja sa paradajzom
 Jednu glavicu svjezeg zelja oprati i nasjeckati sto tanje. Dodati oprani i narezani paradajz i zelenu papriku, bijeli luk sitno sjeckan, svjezi korijander i zacine (morska sol, malo maslinovog ulja, sok od pola limuna i malo suhog oregana).

Dinstane jabuke sa cimetom
Jedno 5-6 jabuka dobro oprati i nasjeci na kocke. Ubaciti ih u zagrijanu tavu i dinstati jedno 10-ak minuta. Dodati odmah sok od jednog limuna. Kad su jabuke omeksale dodati cimet i med.

Sautéed cabagge 
Ingredients:
4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell red pepper 
1 inch of fresh or dry ginger (optional)
1 small head of green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced (about 10 cups)
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt, plus more for serving

Preparation:
1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and then add the oil and onion. Saute to soften the onion slightly, about 2 minutes. Stir in the pepper and ginger. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
2. Add the cabbage and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Stir to combine. Cover, and reduce the heat to medium low. Cook, stirring occasionally as the cabbage begins to shrink. Add a little water as needed if the cabbage becomes too dry. (This depends on the moisture level of the cabbage. You don't want it too wet.) Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the cabbage is just tender. Salt to taste and serve.


Sautéed apples with cinnamon
Ingredients:
4-5 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup granola
2 tsp honey
2-3 tsp Lemon juice

Preparation:
Wash and cut apples into cubes. Heat pan over medium heat and add apples and lemon juice.  Sauté apples until tender (about 10 minutes). Few minutes before apples become tender add cinnemon and honey. Serve warm or with low fat yogurt.

Repollo salteado
Ingredientes:

4 1/2 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
1 cebolla mediana, cortado en rebanadas
1 ají rojo 
1 pulgada de genjibre fresco o seco (opcional)
1 cabeza pequeña de repollo, cortado en rebanadas pequeñas (aproximadamente 10 tazas)
1 1/2 cucharadita de sal, agregue mas al servir

Preparación:
1. Caliente el sartén a temperatura media-alta, y después ánade el aceite y las cebollas. Sofríe la cebolla hasta que estén tierna, por 2 minutos. Agregue el ají y el genjibre. Cocínelo por 2 minutos mas. 
2. Ánade el repollo y 1 ½ cucharadita de sal. Menehe el sartén. Tápelo, reduzca el fuego a temperatura media-baja. Cocínelo, menehe el sartén ocasional hasta que el repollo este suave o tierno, y comience a disminuirse. Ánade poco agua 2 cucharaditas a la ves, si es necesario o el repollo se seque. (Esto depende si el repollo es muy aguado. Usted no lo quiere muy aguado.) Cocínelo por aproximadamente 10-15 minutos, o hasta que el repollo este tierno o suave. Sal al gusto y sírvalo.


Postre de manzanas salteadas
Ingredientes:

4-5 manzanas
1 cucharadita de canela
1 cucharadita de genjibre
1/2 taza de granola
2 cucharadita de miel
2-3 cucharadita de jugo de limon

Preparacion: 

Lave las manzanas y cortelas en rebanadas pequenas. Caliente el sarten a temperature media y agregue las manzanas. Sofrie las manzanas hasta que esten suaves o tiernas (por 10 minutos). Minutos antes que las manzanas esten tiernas anade el resto de ingredientes. Sirvalo a temperature moderada o con yogurt bajo en grasa.




Posljednju pijacu za ovu sezonu obavili smo uz supu od sociva/lece:
Na malo maslinovog ulja izdinistati sitno sjeckani bijeli lukac. Dodati malo paprike i paradajz sosa pa ubaciti lecu/socivo uz dolijevanje vode. Krckati sve skupa jedno 40-ak minuta. Zaciniti po zelji (sol, papar, aleva paprika, oregano...)


Iz ostalih kutaka zivota:

Proslavili smo i curkin dan, ali na Balkanski nacin sa tonu hrane:
curkom/puranom (od 16 paunda iliti 7,2 kg koji se krckao jedno dobrih 6h... 
a šta'š kad je puno gladne djece..)

sa brdo povrca s' bijeli lukac

sa nezaobilaznim raznim vrstama domace rakije--sljivovica, dunjevaca, jabukovaca.. sve sa izricitom porukom NOT MADE IN THE USA:

 o kolacima i tortama da i ne pricam.. 

moje mozart kugle (recept) sa preljevom od lose cokolade (citaj prva jevrejska "cokolada", koja se "rastopila" u mekanu kasu, je zavrsila u smecu; druga ruska bijela "cokolada" je takodjer zavrsila u smecu jer se "rastopila" u isto nekakvu cudnu kasu; i treca losa Kraseva za kuhanje, koju sam uzela za plan B se isto nije pokazala pravim izborom, ali je posluzila svrsi.. no dalekoooo je to od one prave cokolade koju inace koristim... naravoucenije: koristi provjereno i isprobano!!!)


 nemam recept za nista od navedenog, ali vam provjereno mogu reci da ni jedno dijete nije ostalo gladno (cak stovise svi smo jeli po 3-4 puta da utvrdimo gradivo!)
