Lebleburger // Chick pea burger

Dvoumila sam se dal da napravim falafel koji bas bas volim ili burger uz manje izmjene. Prevladao je burger samo zato sto nisam bila od volje za przenje u ulju. Sto ne znaci da ce falafel pasti u zaborav. Ovo je moja ulaznica za ovomjesecnu Ajme, koliko nas je igricu. Zadana tema su leblebije/slanutak a domacica je Tanja sa bloga Kuhinja zaposlene zene.



Sastojci:
1 solja sirovih leblebija/slanutka
1 bijeli luk
2 mlada luka
Saka svjezeg persina
Malo maslinovog ulja
2 cena cesnjaka
2-3 zlice mljevenih ovasnih pahuljica (ili ovasnog brasna)
Zacini: morska sol, aleva paprika, kumin

Drugi potrebni sastojci (po zelji):
avokado
paradajz
salata
crveni lukac
domaca peciva
humus
ajvar





Priprema:
1. Dan prije leblebije potopiti u vodi. Sljedeci dan ih isprati, uliti vodu, malo posoliti i kuhati dok ne omeksaju. Ostaviti ih da se prohlade.
2. U sjeckalici prvo sasjeci luk, mladi luk, persin, cesnjak i leblebije. Na kraju staviti mljevene ovasne pahuljice, malo ulja i zacine. 
3. Od smjese raditi burgere i staviti ih na pleh oblozen pek papirom. Posuti malo aleve paprike po vrhu i peci ih na 180 C jedno 15-20 minuta.
4. Staviti ih u peciva i posloziti ostale sastojke po zelji.

Chick pea burger

Ingredients:
1 cup dry chick peas
1 onion
2 scallions
Handful fresh parsley
LIttle olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp oat flour
Spices: sea salt, dry paprika, cumin

Other ingredients:
Avocado
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Red onion
Homemade buns
Hummus
Ajvar







Preparation:
1. A day before soak chick peas in the water and leave over night. The next day rinse, add water and little salt and cook until they are soft.
2. In a food processor chop onion, scallions, garlic and cooked chick peas. At the end put oat flour, little olive oil and spices.
3. Make burgers from the dough and put them on the baking sheet covered with baking powder. Sprinkle a little dry paprika on top and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350 F.
4. Put them in buns and top with desired veggies.

Quinoa burger

...ili kako da iskoristite ostatke vecere od prethodnog dana...

Sastojci:
1 solja skuhane kvinoe (po mogucnosti ostatak od prethodne vecere)
2 solje skuhanog graha/pasulja
2 zlice senfa
3 cena cesnjaka, sitno sjackanog
1/2 zlicice aleve paprike
1/3 solje ovasnih pahuljica samljevenih u blenderu
1/2 zlicice morske soli

Priprema:
1. Viljuskom zgnjeciti skuhani grah.
2. Dodati ostale sastojke i sve dobro pomijesati.
3. Zagrijati pecnicu na 450 F.
4. Oblikovati smjesu u jedno 5-6 kugli pa svaku dlanom spljostiti i staviti na pleh oblozen pek-papirom.
5. Peci oko 6-7 minuta svaku stranu.

Prilog po vrhu: sta god vam padne na pamet, moze i ostatak dinstanog povrca od prethodne vecere uz tostirani kruh i malo humusa..

Quinoa Burger

Ingredients:
1 cups quinoa (already cooked, preferably left over from last night's dinner)
2 cups kidney beans, cooked
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/3 cup wheat gluten-free flour
Sea salt


Preparation:
1. Mash beans with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients plus cooked quinoa, and stir to combine.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Break mixture into 5-6 equal segments. Roll each into a ball, flatten it, and shape it into a patty using your hands.
4. Bake each side for about 6-7 minutes.
