Projara sa maslinama i feta sirom | Corn bread with olives and feta cheese

Sastojci:
3 jaja
2/3 solje grckog jogurta
1/3 solje ulja
1/3 solje bademovog mlijeka
Prstohvat soli
! zlicica praska za pecivo
6 velikih zlica kukuruznog brasna
7 zlica pirovog brasna
1/2 solje sjeckanih maslina
1/2 solje feta sira

Priprema:
1. U posudi izmiksati jaja, pa dodati jogurt i ulje. Potom ubaciti brasno, prasak i sol te sve dobro umijesiti. Na kraju rucno pomijesati fetu i masline.
2. Zagrijati rernu na 180 C.
3. Smjesu preliti u kalup za pecenje prekriven pek papirom i peci 20-25 minuta (zavisno od pecnice).

Corn bread with olives and feta cheese



Ingredients:
3 eggs  

2/3 cups of Greek yogurt
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup almond milk  

Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons corn flour
7 tablespoons spelt flour
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup feta cheese

Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix eggs, then add yogurt and oil. Add the flours, baking powder and salt. At the end hand-mix feta cheese and olives.

2. Heat the oven to 350F.
3. Pour mixture into baking pan covered with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on oven).

Posna proja sa maslinama i mladim lukom // Cornbread with olives and scallions

Ah, sto volim ove recepte u kojima pomijesas sve sastojke, a oni se dalje sami peku ili kuhaju. Evo jedna posna proja. Masline i mladi luk su pun pogodak. Nesatala je dok si rekao "proja". =)))

Sastojci:
1,5 solja kukurnuznog brasna
1,5 solja pirovog brasna
100 ml maslinovog ulja
500 ml vode (moze i mineralne)
1 zlicica morske soli
1 zlicica praska za pecivo
Saka sjeckanih maslina
5 strucaka mladog luka

 Priprema:
1. Pomijesati brasno i prasak te dodati mokre sastojke. Na kraju ubaciti sjeckane masline i sitno sjeckani mladi lukac. Smjesu preliti u kalup oblozen pek papirom (smjesa mora biti tecna, ako nije mozete dodati jos malo vode).
2. Pecnicu zagrijati na 220 F i peci jedno 30-40 minuta. Probati cackalicom, ako izadje cista onda je gotovo.

Cornbread



Ingredients:
1,5 cup corn flour
1,5 cup spelt flour
100 ml olive oil
500 ml water (or mineral water)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
Handful chopped olives
5 scallions

Preparation:
1. Mix both flours and baking powder.and add all the wet ingredients. At the end put chopped olives and chopped scallions. Mixture should be liquid-ish. If not, add more water until you can pour the mixture in a baking mold covered with baking paper.
2. Preheat an oven to 350 F and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Poke the mixture with a toothpick and if it comes out clean it's baked.

Proja mini muffini sa maslinama

Sastojci:
1 solja kukuruznog brasna
1 solja obicnog brasna
3 kasike jogurta
cca 250 ml mlake vode
1 jaje
1/4 solje maslinovog ulja
2 kasicice praska za pecivo
saka sjeckanih maslina 



Postupak:
1. Sve sastojke dobro izmjesati i staviti ih u kalupe za mafine.
2. Zagijati pecnicu na 390 F i peci muffine prvih 15 min na 390 F, pa potom narednih 15 min na 350 F.

Proja bez sira


Sastojci:
1 solja kukuruznog brasna
1 solja obicnog brašna
1 solja jogurta
100 ml mlijeka
2 jajeta
1/2 solje maslinovog ulja
3 kasicice praska za pecivo
Saka suncokretovih sjemenki


Priprema:
1. Sve sastojke dobro izmjesati i staviti ih kalup prekriven pek papirom (ili u kalupe za mafine).
2. Zagijati pecnicu na 390 F i peci proju prvih 15 min na 390 F, pa potom narednih 15 min na 350 F.

Sa jogurtom je najbolja!
