Evo jos jedan uspjesan eksperiment slican onom sa karfiolom. Meni se oba svidjaju, a mislim iznenadjujuce mozda malo vise ovaj od brokula. Planiram jos jedan, kako sam krenula mislim da cu isprobati namaze sa svim povrcem! =)
Sastojci:
2 glavice brokula
1 cen cesnjaka
2 zlice tahinija
1-2 zlice limunovog soka
1-2 zlice maslinovog ulja
Morska sol
Priprema:
1. Brokule oprati i izrezati na cvjetice te skuhati na pari ili u rerni na 400 F jedno 20ak minuta.
2. U procesor staviti sve sastojke i pulsirati dok se ne dobije fina smjesa slicna humusu.
3. Posluziti toplo ili hladno uz pita-bread.

2 heads broccoli
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp tahini
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Sea salt

Preparation:
1. Wash broccoli and brake into florets, steam it or roast it in an oven on 400 F for about half an hour.
2. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until smooth.
3. Serve it cold or warm with some pita bread.
