Nada postoji.. jer poneki su vec pokazali svoje ljepote..

A i lukac je vec tu.. pa se nadamo nece zima jos dugo..

Nadamo se da zima nece jos dugo, jer nam je vec dosta kuhanja sa krumpirom,
cveklom, mrkvom i ostalim zimskim korjenjem!!!!
Slatki krumpir sa gljivama
Sastojci:
5-6 slatkih krumpira
gljive, komada po zelji
1 glavica luka
Malo maslinovog ulja, turmerika i morske soli
Priprema:
1. Krumpire oprati, oguliti i isjeckati na kocke.
2. Na tignju zagrijati malo maslinovog ulja te dinstati par minuta sitno sjeckani lukac.
3. Kad se lukac zacakli dodati krumpire i kuhati dok ne omeksaju.
4. Pred kraj dodati gljive. Zaciniti po zelji.

Sweet potatoes with mushrooms
Ingredients:
5-6 sweet potatoes
Mushrooms, as many as you like
1 onion
Spices: olive oil, sea salt, turmeric
Preparation:
1. Wash and peel sweet potatoes and cut into cubes.
2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and saute chopped onion for a few minutes.
3. Add potatoes and cook until they are soft.
4. Just before the potatoes are done add the mushrooms. Season to taste.
