Sastojci:
Prokelj, kolicina po zelji
Mahune, kolicina po zelji
Mini paradajz
Mladi luk, kolicina po zelji
Morska sol i limunov sok
Maslinovo ulje po zelji
Priprema:
1. Prokelj i mahune dobro oprati, prokelj isjeci na cetvrine, a mahunama odrezati peteljke te ih staviti da se kuhaju na pari dok ne omeksaju.
2. Paradajz i mladi luk nasjeckati, posoliti i preliti maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom)
3. Kad je povrce skuhano pomijesati ga u ciniji sa paradajzom i mladim lukom.

Steamed vegetables
Ingredients:
Brussels sprouts
String beans
Cherry tomatoes
Scallions
Seasalt, lemon juice, olive oil
Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables, cut Brussels sprouts in quarters, and string beans in halfs. Steam them until they are soft.
2. In the meantime cut tomatoes and scallions and sprinkle with sea salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. When the Brussels sprouts and string beans are ready mix everything together.
