U sklopu dvomjesecne igrice
FBI rukavice istrazujemo Ivanina dva bloga,
So&biber koji pise po naski, i
Dolce Fooda, koji pise na engleskom. Ima stvarno svasta nesto da se nadje i isproba. Evo sta sam uspjela isprobati.
Slatko:
1) Žito sa šlagom
Napravila sam malu kolicinu, jer mi je toliko zita ostalo od pljesakvica uz male promjene. Ja zito ne kuham, samo ga potopim u vodi da izbiju klice.Original recept na engleskom mozete naci
ovdje.
Sastojci:
1 solja zita
1 solja pecan orasa
3 zlice meda
1 zlicica cimeta
1 zlicica mljevenog karanfilcica
100 ml slatkog vrhnja
1 zlica secera u prahu
Priprema:
1. Potopiti zito na 24h. Potom ga isprati i ostaviti 8h na suhom da pusti malo klice.
2. Solju zita samljeti u blenderu skupa sa ostalim sastojcima dok se smjesa dobro ne
sjedini.
3. Slatko vrhnje umutiti da se dobije cvrst snjeg pa dodati secer u prahu i dobro promjesati.
4. Smjesu sa zitom staviti u case, a preko toga umuceno slatko vrhnje.
2) Limunov kolač sa makom
Ivanin recept mozete naci
ovdje. Ovaj kolac je bio toliko jednostavan da od njega zaista nisam puno ocekivala. Kad ono pravo iznenadjenje! Moze se jesti sa i bez ovog preljeva, a mak mu daje poseban smek.
Sastojci:
1/2 solje smedjeg secera
3 solje brasna(ja stavila 1,5 ovasnog i 1,5 integralnog)
1 solja ulja
4 jaja (ja stavila zamjenu: 4 zlice mljevenih lanenih pomijesano sa 4 zlice vode)
1 solja sojinog mlijeka
2 zlicice soka od limuna
1 zlicica praska za pecivo
1/2 solje nesamljevenog maka
Za preljev:
1/2 solje soka od svjezeg limuna
7 zlica secera u prahu
U orginalu ide i strugana limunova korica, ali ja nisam stavila.
Priprema:
1. U posudi
mikserom dobro izmjesati smedji secer i ulje, a potom dodati mlijeko i
jedno po jedno jaje (ili zamjenu). U drugoj posudi prosijati brasno i prasak za
pecivo. Dodati brasno u tekucu smjesu i na kraju ubaciti mak i sok od limuna. Preliti smjesu u kalup.
2. Rernu ukljuciti na 180 C i peci sat vremena (ja sam prvo mislila da ce ovo biti predugo, ali zaista je potreban 1h).
3. Kad je kolac pri kraju napraviti glazuru. U manjoj zdjelici pomijesati sok
od limuna i secer u prahu. Kuhati na tihoj vatri 10-ak minuta.
4. Kad se kolac ispece ostavite ga
nekoliko minuta u kalupu, a onda ga prevrnuti na tanjur. Ako imate
problema da odlijepite kolac od kalupa mozete staviti mokru krpu preko
kalupa. Prije serviranja kolac preliti glazurom.
3) Mini američka pita
Ovi ispleteni cvjetici na narandzastim krpicama su majkinih ruku djelo. Njene rukotvorine mozete pogledati (i naruciti) na blogu Končićem kroz iglu.
Sastojci za duplu koru (ja sam od toga dobila 4 male pitice):
300 g pirovog brasna
225 g hladnog putra
100 ml hladne vode
2 zlicice smedjeg secera
Prstohvat morske soli
Sastojci za filu:
Paketic svjezih jagoda
Paketic svjezih borovnica
3 zlice smedjeg secera
1 zlicica cimeta
2 zlicice mljevenog rogaca
2/4 solje ovasnih pahuljica
Priprema:
1. U elektricnoj mjesalici prvo pulsirati brasno par puta, pa dodati secer i sol, zatim sjeckani putar. Postepeno dodavati vodu te pulsirati dok ne dobijete kuglu. Tijesto ne treba previse mjesiti.
2. Podijelite ga u dva dijela ako radite veliku pitu (ja sam podijelila u 8 manjih djelova). Oblikujte diskove, oblozite plasticnom folijom i ostavite u frizideru bar 1h.
3. U medjuvremenu voce oprati, isjeckati te dodati cimet, rogac, secer i ovasne pahuljice.
4. Tijesto razvuci oklagijom (po potrebi dodati jos brasna). Tijesto mora biti par centimetara vece od kalupa. Prenesti tijesto preko kalupa pa posuti filom od voca. Oklagijom razvuci jos jedan disk te prabaciti preko kalupa. Visak tijesta skinuti. Gornje tijesto mozete premazati zutanjkom ne bi li dobili zlatno zutu boju (ja nisam premazivala). Obavezno napraviti par rupica (zarezati nozem ili nekim kalupom) da bi pita za vrijeme pecenja mogla disati.
5. Pitu peci prvih 20 minuta na 200 C pa smanjiti na 180 i peci narednih 40-ak minuta.
Slano:
1) Bharta, indijsko jelo sa plavim patlidžanom
Sastojci:
1 veci patlidzan
2 cena cesnjaka
1/2 ljute papricice
1 glavica luka
7-9 mini-paradajza
Saka svjezeg persina i svjezeg minta
Sok od limuna ili limete
Malo maslinovog ulja
Morska sol, garam masala, turmeric
Priprema:
1.
Rernu ukljucite na 350 F, patlidzan isjeci na kriske, posuti malo
maslinovog ulja ponjima i peci jedno 20-ak minuta. Kad je ispecen,
pustiti da se ohladi.
2. U medjuvremenu isjeckati luk, paradajz i papricicu.
3. Sa patlidzana skinuti koru te ga isjeci na sitno.
4.
Na tignju zagrijati malo maslinovog ulja, te dinstati sjeckani luk,
papricicu i svjezi ruzmarin par minuta. Dodati patlidzan i paradajz,
poklopiti i sve skupa dinstati jedno 10-ak minuta. Pred kraj dodati
zacine i zacinsko bilje.
2) Pečene paprike
Sastojci:
Paprike (komada po zelji)
2-3 cena cesnjaka
3-4 grancice svjezeg persina
1-2 zlicice maslinovog ulja
Sok od pola limuna
Morska sol
Priprema:
1. Paprike oprati, staviti ih na pleh oblozen pek papirom i peci u rerni jedno 15-ak minuta dok ne potamne.
2. U medjuvremenu isjeckani cesnjak i persin pomijesati sa limunovim sokom, uljem i soli.
3. Kad su paprike gotove pustiti ih da se prohlade, a potom im skinuti kozicu.
4. Prebaciti ih u zdjelicu i preliti sosom.

Sweet:
1) Wheat berry dessert

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat berry
3 tbsp honey
1 cup ground pecans
1 tsp cinnemon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
100 ml heavy cream + 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Soak wheat berries in water for 24 hours. Rinse and leave for another 8h to sprout.
2. In a food processor, blend wheat berries and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix heavy cream with powdered sugar to get whipped cream.
4. Put wheat berry mixture in glasses and whipped cream on top.
2) Lemon cake with poppy seeds
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cups flour (I put 1,5 cup oat and 1,5 whole wheat)
1 cup olive oil
4 eggs (I put substitute of 4 tbsp ground flax seeds mixed with 4 tbsp water)
1 cup soy milk
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup poppy seeds
Frosting:
1/2 cup lemon juice
7-10 tbsp powder sugar
Original recipe had 1 tsp lemon peel but I didn't put it.
Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix together brown sugar and oil and than add milk and eggs one at the time (or substitute). In another bowl sift flours and baking powder. Add flour to liquid mixture. At the end add poppy and lemon juice. Pour the mixture in a mold.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake the cake for one hour (I thought 1h is too long but it isn't).
3. When the cake is almost baked prepare the frosting. In a small pan mix lemon juice and powdered sugar and cook for about 10 minutes on a low fire.
4. When the cake is baked leave it in a mold for a couple of minutes. If you have a problem of getting the cake out of the mold you can wrap it with a wet cloth. Turn the cake upside down on a plate and before serving pour the frosting over it.
3) Mini American pie
These flowers on the orange table cloths are handmade by my mother.

Double crust ingredients (I got 4 smaller tarts):
2 2/4 cup spelt flour
2 stick butter
100 ml cold water
2 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of sea salt
Filling ingredients:
1 package fresh strawberries
1 package fresh blueberries
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground carob
2/4 cup oats
Preparation:
1. In a food processor pulse flour, add sugar, salt and butter cut in smaller pieces. Add water slowly and pulse until you get a dough ball. Don't knead the dough too much.
2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces (if you're making one big pie). Wrap it and put in a fridge for at least one hour.
3. In the meantime wash the fruit and cut strawberries in quarters. Add cinnamon, carob, sugar and oats.
4. Take the dough out of the fridge and roll the first ball out with a rolling pin. The dough needs to be bigger than the dish in which you're going to bake the pie. Transfer the dough with the rolling pin onto the baking dish. Fill it with the fruit mix. Roll out the second ball and put over the fruit mi. Remove extra dough. Cut the cover in few places.
5. Bake the pie at 390 F for the first 20 minutes then lower the temperature to 350 F and bake for another 40 minutes.
Savory:
1) Bharta, Indian eggplant dish
Ingredients:
1 eggplant
2 cloves garlic
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 onion
about 10 cherry tomatoes
Handful of fresh parsley (or cilantro)
Handful of fresh mint
Lemon or lime juice
Olive oil
Seal salt, garam masala, turmeric
Preparation:
1.
Preheat an oven to 350 F, cut an eggplant into slices, sprinkle little
olive oil on them and bake them for about 20 minutes. When finished
leave to cool.
2. In a meantime cut tomatoes, onion and pepper.
3. Peel the skin from the eggplant and chop the "flesh".
4.
In a pan heat a little olive oil, saute chopped onion and pepper for a
minute or two, add eggplant and saute everything for about 10 minutes.
Just before the end add herbs and season to taste.
2) Roasted peppers
Ingredients:
Cubanelle Peppers (as many as you want)
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
1-2 tsp olive oil
Lemon juice from half lemon
Sea salt
Preparation:
1. Wash peppers, put them on baking sheet covered with baking paper and broil them for about 15 minutes until they turn dark.
2. In the mean time mix chopped garlic and chopped parsley with oil, salt and lemon juice.
3. When the peppers are done, leave them to cool down. Then remove the skin.
4. Transfer them into the bowl and pour the garlic mixture over them.
