Čokoladni puding // Vegan chocolate mousse

Sastojci:
cca 450 g silk tofu-a
cca 100 g tamne cokolade
2 zlice agave sirupa
2 zlice chia sjemenki (ili nekih drugih)
2 zlice mljevenog rogaca (moze i bez ako nemate)
1/4 solje sojinog mlijeka
(mozete staviti i bananu ili neko drugo voce)


Priprema:
1. Cokoladu stopiti na pari pa sve sastojke staviti u blender i pulsirati dok se ne dobije fina smjesa. Staviti u teglice ili case i ostaviti u frizideru do sluzenja. Po zelji posuti ribanom cokoladom.

Ingredients:
450g silk tofu
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground carob (omit if you don't have)
1/4 cup soy milk
You can put banana or any other fruit

Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate and in a food processor put all of the ingredients together and pulse until you get nice and silky mixture. Put in jars or glasses and leave in the fridge until serving time.
