U sklopu FBI rukavica trenutno istražujemo Sanjin blog Knjiški moljac u špajzu. Sanja ima odličnih recepata i da hoću ne bi postigla napraviti sve što sam isplanirala. U svakom slučaju odlepršajte do njenog bloga jer tamo se može naći i slatkih i slanih recepta po svačijem ukusu. Recepte koje sam izabrala su napravljeni uz minimalne izmjene.
1) Granola
Sastojci:
3 solje ovasnih pahuljica (nisam nasla razene i jecmene)
1 solja grubo sjeckanih ljesnjaka
1/4 solje lanenih sjemenki
1/4 solje meda
1/3 solje sjeckanih suhih marelica
1/3 solje suhih brusnica
2/4 solje kokosovog ulja
1 zlicica cimeta
1/3 zlicice djumbira u prahu
Priprema:
1. U ciniji na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijati kokosovo ulje i med te dodati cimet i djumbir.
2. U posudi pomijesati sve ostale sastojke. Posuti otopljenom masom i ravnomjerno sve pomijesati.
3. Pleh prekriti pek papirom i granolu rasporediti po plehu.
4.
Zagrijati pecnicu na 300 F i peci jedno 25 minuta. Ja sam nakon 25
minuta iskljucila rernu i ostavila rernu da samo odrzava toplotu jos
jedno pola sata.
5. Na kraju dodati suhe kajsije i brusnice te prebacite u teglice.
Ova granola je naprosto fantasticna da me cudi da je vec ranije nisam spremila!!! Sanjin orginal recept.
2) Štrudla s makom
350 g integralnog brasna
150 ml bademovog mlijeka
50 g secera
paketic suhog kvasca
1 jaje
1 zlica domace medice (nisam imala rum)
Sastojci za filu:
700 ml bademovog mlijeka
300 g mljevenog maka
200 g secera
1 zlica medice
Priprema:
1. Brasno prosijati pa dodati ostale sastojke i zamijesiti glatko tijesto da se ne lijepi za ruke. Prekriti cistom krpom i ostaviti da se tijesto dize jedno sat vremena.
2. U zdjelici skuhati mlijeko i secer dok ne provrije. Skloniti sa vatre pa dodati medicu i mak. Kuhati jos malo dok se smjesa ne pocne zgusnjavati. Pustiti da se ohladi.
3. Kad se tijesto udvostrucilo, razvaljati ga valjkom na pobrasnjenoj povrsin. Ja nisam imala kalup za kuglof pa sam pekla na normalnom plehu oblozenom pek papirom. Po tijestu razvaljati filu (ostaviti rubove ne namazane) te uviti po duzini.
4. Zagrijati pecnicu na 350 F i peci jedno 50-ak minuta. Ja sam svoj pekla 5 minuta duze ("samo da nesto zavrsim") i malo mi se previse ispekla.
Ova strudla mi iz nekog razloga nije bas najbolje uspjela (u fizickom smislu, jer mi se tijesto iz ovog ili onog razloga nije dignulo). Po ukusu je bila i vise nego ukusna! Sanjin recept možete naći ovdje.
3) Riža sa grahom/pasuljem
Sastojci:
1 bijeli luk
2-3 cena cesnjaka
3-4 paradajza
2 paprike (zute ili crvene)
1 solja smedje rize
1 solja graha (potopljen prethodni dan u vodi)
10 sampinjona
cca 1200 ml vode
2 zlice kalamata maslina
1 zlicica aleve paprike
1/3 zlicice cili zacina
Maslinovo ulje, morska sol, papar i suhi bosiljak
Priprema:
1. Na malo maslinovog ulja dinstati par minuta sjeckani luk, pa dodati cesnjak. Potom ubaciti sjecenu papriku, paradajz i sampinjone. Dinstati 5-10 minuta pa dodati rizu i zacine. Postepeno dodavati vodu i mjesati povremeno. Pred kraj kad je riza vec skoro gotova dodati skuhani grah i masline.
Sanja je u orginalu ovo radila sa piletinom, ali s obzirom da piletinu ne jedem ja sam stavila grah, a sampinjone umjesto graska kojeg nisam imala.
4) Kiflice sa sirom
3 solje integralnog brasna
1 solja svjezeg sira
50 ml bademovog mlijeka
50 ml maslinovog ulja
1 zlicica morske soli
1 jaje
3 zlicice praska za pecivo
Za premazivanje: 1 jaje i sezamove sjemenke
Za punjenje: sir po zelji
Priprema:
1. U posudi pomijesati brasno i prasak za pecivo pa dodati ostale sastojke i zamijesiti tijesto da se ne lijepi za ruke.
2. Rernu zagrijati na 180 C (350 F). Ja sam umjesto kiflica radila peciva. U svako pecivo sam stavila malo rendanog sira. Premazati umucenim zutanjkom i posuti sezamovim (i/ili lanenim) sjemenkama.
3. Peciva redati po pleh papiru oblozenim pek papirom.
4. Peci jedno 30-ak minuta.
Ove kiflice tu toliko ukusne da sam ih radila dva dana za redom i svi su trazili recept! Sanjin orginal recept.

1) Granola

Ingredients:
3 cups oats
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup flex seeds
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup dry apricots
1/3 cup dry cranberries
2/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dry ginger
Preparation:
1. In a pan put coconut oil and honey. Add cinnamon and ginger and cook for a minute or two.
2. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Spread liquid evenly over the dry ingredients.
3. Cover baking sheet with baking paper and spread granola on it.

Preheat oven to 300 F and bake for about 25 minutes then leave the oven
on "keep warm" for additional half an hour (if your oven doesn't have
this option just bake for 35 minutes)
5. Add chopped apricots and cranberries at the end.
Ingredients for dough:
3 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
150 ml almond milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 package dry yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp rum
Ingredients for filing:
700 ml almond milk
2 cups ground poppy seeds
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp rum
Preparation:
1. Sift the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Form a dough that's not sticking to your hands. Cover with clean cloth and leave in a warm place to double in size (about an hour)
2. In a pan bring milk and sugar to a boil. Remove from fire, add rum and poppy. Cook until the mixture starts to thicken. Leave to cool.
3. When the dough is doubled in size, roll it out on a floured surface. Spread the filling over the surface (leaving the edges free) and roll the dough.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
5. Preheat oven to 350 F and bake for about 50 minutes.
3) Arroz con frijoles
Ingredients:
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tomatoes
2 peppers
1 cup brown rice
1 cup dry beans (soaked in water overnight)
About 10 mushrooms
About 1200 ml water
About 2 tbsp cut calamata olives
1 tsp dry paprika
1/3 tsp chili powder
Olive oil, sea salt, ground pepper and dry basil
Preparation:
1. Put little olive oil in a pan and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add cut pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms. Saute for about 5-10 minutes than add rice and spices. Gradually add water and mix occasionally. Towards the end when rice is almost done, add cooked beans and olives.
Originally Sanja made this recipe with chicken. But since I don't eat chicken I put beans instead; and instead of peas I put mushrooms.
4) Cheese buns
Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup ricotta cheese
50 ml almond milk
50 ml olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 egg
3 tsp baking powder
for coating: 1 egg and sesame seeds
for filling: which ever cheese you like
Preparation:
1. In a bowl sift flour and baking powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and make dough that's not sticking to your fingers (add more flour if needed).
2. Turn oven to 350 F. Make little buns and in the middle put cheese. Close the bun, coat with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Put them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
