Vegan banana bread muffins

Veganski mafini sa bananama


Sastojci:
2 banane
1/3 šolje kokosovog ulja (u tekućem stanju)
1/3 šolje javorovog sirupa (može i med kao zamjena)
1 kašičica sode
1 kašičica praška za pecivo 
2 kašike mljevenih lanenih sjemenki
1 šolja brašna (ja koristim pirovo, ali može bilo koje)


Priprema:
1. Zagrijati pećnicu na 180C
2. Pomješati 2 kašike mljevenih lanenih sjemenki sa 4 kašike vode i pustiti 10 minute da se zgusne
3. Zgnječiti banane viljuškom
4. Dodati ulje, sirup (ili med) i lanene sjemenke
5. Umješati brašno
6. Staviti u kalupe za mafine i peći 20 minuta.

Vegan banana bread muffins

 
 
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/3 c coconut oil (melted)
1/3 c maple syrup (or honey)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 c flour (any kind)

Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
2. Mix 2 tablespoons of flax seeds with 4 tablespoons of water and put aside for 10 minutes. 
3. Mash bananas with a fork 
4. Add oil, syrup (or honey) and flax seeds
5. And lastly mix in flour 
6. Pour into muffin molds and bake for 20 minutes.
