Cheesecake-brownie sa svježim brusnicama
Davno sam ovaj kolač radila, stoji u draftu i ceka.. Ne sjećam više po čijem receptu, ali znam da je u orginalu bilo jako puno secera pa sam ga ja smanjila..
Sastojci za brownies:
200 g 70% tamne čokolade (meni je najbolja Lindt ili Callebaut)
3 žlice kokosovog ulja
1/2 solje smeđeg šećera
50 ml jogurta
3 jaja
1/3 šolje integralnog brašna
1 šolja svježih brusnica
Sastojci za cheesecak:
200 g Philadelphia sira
1/3 šolje smeđeg šećera
1 jaje
50 ml jogurta
Priprema:
1. Čokoladu otopiti na pari skupa sa šećerom i uljem.
2. Umutiti jaja te dodati jogurt i brašno.
3. Otopljenu čokoladu pomiješati sa smjesom brašna i mikserom sve dobro smiksati.
4. Ubaciti pola šolje brusnica.
5. Smjesu izliti u kalup ili pleh obložen pek papirom.
6. Pećnicu zagrijati na 180 C.
7. U posudi umutiti jaja sa secerom, potom dodati sir i jogurt, i na kraju ubaciti drugu polovicu brusnica.
8. Preliti preko brownie smjese i peći 30-ak minuta.

1/2 cup brown sugar
50 ml of yogurt
3 eggs
1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup fresh cranberries
Ingredients for cheesecake:
200 g Philadelphia cheese
1/3 cups of brown sugar
1 egg
50 ml of yogurt

6. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
7. In bowl, whisk eggs with sugar, then add the cheese and yogurt, and finally add the second half of the cranberries.
8. Pour the cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and bake for 30 minutes.

DeleteMa kako si mogla pustiti da ovaj kolač toliko čeka na objavu, baš super izgleda. Radila sam dvije verzije brownie cheesecakea, ali nikad u kombinaciji s nekim voćem, sad moram i to probati :D
ReplyDeletepa ne znam ni ja sta sam toliko dugo cekala.. ja obozavam voce u browniu, super se slaze kiselo i cokolada! ja brownies vise ni ne radim bez voca.. moras obavezno probati =)

Probaj da odes na Union Square Greenmarket (pon/sri/pet ili sub), tamo ces vjerovatno naci, a cak i ako ne nadjes mozes uvijek direktno pitati farmere. Probaj i Whole Foods, ali nesto ne vjerujem da oni imaju koprivu.
