Sastojci:

1 šolja bademovog/sojinog/običnog mlijeka

Priprema:
1. Tikvu prerezati na pola (butternut, buttercup ili kabocha su najsočnije, a najmanje vodenaste) i peći na 180 C oko 40 minuta (probati viljuškom, treba biti mekana kao pečeni krumpir). Neka se ohladi toliko da je možete držati da maknete špice. Sastrugati meso u posudu i držati u frižideru (može stajati do tjedan dana). Koristite ga po potrebi.
2. Sve sastojke zajedno pomiješati da se sjedine. pa staviti u frižider preko noći.
3. Sutradan u blenderu izmiksati dok se ne dobije tekuća smjesa, dodajući po potrebi više mlijeka.

Squash smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup squash puree
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup almond/soy/regular milk
Preparation:
1. Cut squash in half (butternut or kabocha are the meatier and the least watery). Bake on 350 F for about 40 minutes (poke it with fork, it should be like baked potato). Let it cool enough to be able to hold it while removing the pits. Scrape all the meat in a bowl and keep refrigerated (it can last for a week). Use it as needed.
2. Add all the ingredients together and stir it to ensure everything is well combined. Cover it and place in the fridge over night.
3. The next day, blend everything until smooth, adding more milk as needed.
