Hladna juha od krastavaca i jogurta | Cold cucumber and yogurt soup

Nesto jednostavno na brzinu, a prijatno hladno za ove vruce ljetne dane!

Sastojci:
7-8 krastavaca
cca 250 ml jogurta
2-3 cena cesnjaka
Saka mirodjije/kopra
Morska sol i papar

Priprema:
1. U blenderu samljeti cesnjak i mirodjiju. Krastavce oprati i odrezati im krajeve. Staviti ih u blender i sve dobro samljeti. Ubaciti jogurt i zaciniti po zelji.
2. Staviti u staklenke, case, zdjelice ili nesto cetvrto i ostaviti u frizideru na par sati da se rashladi.

Cold cucumber and yogurt soup



Ingredients:
7-8 cucumbers
250 ml yogurt
2-3 cloves garlic
Handful dill
Sea salt and pepper

Preparation:
1. In a food processor blend garlic and dill. Wash cucumbers and cut the ends. Put them in blender and pulse until smooth. Add yogurt and season to taste.
2. Put in a glass jars or bowls and leave in a fridge for a few hours to chill.
