Dezert sa jagodama // Strawberry dessert

Ovaj recept nema neke tocne mjere. Sve sam radila otprilike i sa vocem koje sam imala. U nasem vrtu u Bronxu jagode su se napokon zacrvenile! Evo jedan vrlo jednostavan recept koji uz malo maste mozete promjeniti kako se vama svidja.

Sastojci:
2 zrela menga
Zrele jagode
Zrela banana
1/3 solje smedjeg secera
Tamna cokolada
200 ml slatkog vrhnja
Malo cimeta

Piprema:
1. Bananu isjeci na jedno 6 djelova i staviti na tacnu oblozenu pek papirom u zamrzivac da se zalede.
2. U procesoru samljeti mengo.
3. U zdjelicu ubaciti jagode i secer i kuhati dok jagode puste sok (jedno 15ak minuta sve ukupno). Ostaviti jagode u frizideru da se ohlade.
4. Cokoladu otopiti na pari. Dok se cokolada hladi mikserom umutiti slatko vrhnje sa cimetom. Zamrznute komade banane umociti u cokoladu i ponovo staviti u zamrzivac.
5. Sve sastojke staviti u casu i posluziti.

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangos
Ripe strawberries
Ripe banana
1/3 cup brown sugar
Dark chocolate
200 ml  heavy cream
Cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Cut banana in 6 pieces and put on baking sheet and in freezer for about 20 minutes.
2. In a food processor blend mangos.
3. In a pan put strawberries and sugar and cook for about 15 minutes on medium fire. Leave strawberries in fridge to cool.
4. Melt chocolate. While the chocolate is cooling down mix heavy cream with cinnamon until thick. Dip frozen bananas in chocolate and put back in the freezer.
5. Put all the ingredients in tall glasses.
